“Flying with a drone, you never know what you will find out from above.“
Blue Hour
Flying over an oyster farm at blue hour creating a whole palette of indigo hues. The alignement of the structures constructs a visual graphic composition. You no longer know if you are above water or under water.

An Ocean of Lavender

“This photo caught my eye immediately as it totally unexpected very far from the beaten path. It struck me also by its inspired composition. I do also appreciate that the colours, hues and shadows of the lavender have been respected and not exaggerated. The well designed curve smoothens the somewhat monotonous regularity of the lavender rows. The tiny hut and the small trees underline the immensity of the field and come as a final touch. Very well managed use of a drone with an artistic eye.”

The fields undulate in waves of purple and blue as far as the eye can see.
Observing the vastness looking for new perspectives.
When the farmers play the artists!

Textures

“The photographer behind this image demonstrates that bold colours needn’t be highly saturated or taken during the golden hours of sunrise and sunset. We especially like the diagonal split of the frame and the placement of the tree, which compliments the greatly zoned composition. It’s an intriguing frame that deserves repeat views.”

Unique Golden Gate
Its red-orange contrasts so well with the fog and the blue of the sky.
